Pasta with cream sauce

So many people ask me for the recipe of my pasta dishes! Simple lang naman e! Here's one I've cooked recently and many, ahem, have praised it! Hehe!

Ingredients:
1 k pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, ribbons, shapes, or whatever combo you like. I especially like combining the ribbons and shapes and penne) I advise to get the imported ones (San Remo, etc. because from experience they do not get soggy even with just a little over cooking)
olive oil or butter
1 clove garlic
3 large onions chopped
5 tomatoes chopped (optional)
250 gm ham, cubed
1 can mushrooms (cut a button into quarters)
1 small bottle of pitted black olives (preferably the sliced ones so you wont have to do the slicing)
250 gm hungarian sausage, cubed
250 gm ground beef (optional)
2 knorr chicken cubes
salt
pepper
herbs (get the Mccormick Italian seasoning for convenience)
sugar to taste
2 cans spaghetti sauce (I use Hunts spaghetti sauce, preferably the Hungarian sausage or meat flavor)
1 big can Nestle cream or 2 bricks of Nestle all-purpose cream, chilled
1 brick quick melt cheese or cream cheese, grated
parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Over medium heat, pour a teaspoon of olive oil into a sauce pan. When the oil is hot, saute the hungarian sausage until brown. Set aside. At medium heat, in the same pan, saute the garlic until brown. Add the onions and saute until transparent. Add the tomatoes. Add the ham and mushrooms. Stir. Add olives. Stir. After 2 mins, add the ground beef. Stir. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Cover and simmer for about 20 mins. Increase heat and add the spaghetti sauce, 2 cups of water then the knorr cubes. Stir occasionally until it boils. Add a little sugar if you want. Lower heat and add the cream. Stir constantly. Remember to keep the heat at low to avoid boiling and curdling the cream. Add in the quick melt cheese and some of the parmesan. Still constantly. Adjust taste to your liking. Simmer for about 10 mins (remember to stir constantly AND DO NOT LET IT BOIL). Remove from heat and let stand.
Normally, I cook the sauce the night before. This allows the flavor to totally come together.
In a large pan, cook pasta according to package directions.
Under low heat, add the pasta to the sauce. Mix well. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
